How do I know it’ll fit my height?

The standard models suit most clinicians; the Pro Swivel extended (26–34") is built for taller users or standing-height benches. Tell us your height and chair-side setup and we’ll confirm the right model before you order.

Does it arrive assembled?

It arrives mostly assembled — attaching the seat to the gas-lift base takes a couple of minutes, no tools-heavy build. It’s ready to roll into the operatory the day it lands.

Can I try it before committing?

Yes — a 30-day comfort trial. Sit on it in your operatory; if the ergonomics aren’t right, return it within 30 days for a refund less a flat $100 return fee (covers return freight & restocking). Clear and upfront.

What’s the warranty?

A multi-year warranty on the frame and gas cylinder. The upholstery is rated for clinical disinfectants and needs no special maintenance — just wipe down per your protocol.
