Shipping
- Where we ship: across Canada and the United States, from Canadian and U.S. stock.
- Free shipping: orders over $1,250 CAD ($850 USD). Every saddle stool ships free in both countries.
- Speed: in-stock items often ship same-day; most orders arrive within a few business days. Saddle stools ship within ~48 hours and arrive in 2–5 business days with tracking.
- Capital equipment: larger items may have longer lead times — request an exact timeline.

Returns & exchanges
- Saddle stools: 30-day risk-free fit trial. Return in original condition & packaging; a $100 flat return fee applies. Refunds process in about a week. Email orders@pronorthmedical.ca.

Warranty
- Saddle stools: 3-year manufacturer’s warranty on major components and craftsmanship, with replacement parts (gas lift, casters) and real human support.
- Capital equipment & instruments: covered by manufacturer warranty — terms vary by product; we help you with claims directly.
